We ship your products in good faith that they will arrive safely, in time and without any damage to the packaging or product. If your product was damaged in transit, please contact us using the Contact Us Form on the Site and make sure you have photographs of the damaged packaging/product to hand. We will contact you via email to arrange for the return and replacement once received at no further cost to you.
If you are not entirely happy with your product or no longer require it, you can return it at your cost and as long as we receive the product back in resaleable condition (as new) will process a refund minus the original shipping cost + any transaction processing fees (usually 2.5% + £0.25). Please contact us using the Contact Us Form on the Site and include the order number and reason for return and we will be in contact with you.
